General FAQs

Please make sure to wash at 30 degrees, do not tumble dry and iron on a medium heat setting. Any damages made through negligence will not be refunded

All items are made to order by myself in the UK. Please check the size chart prior to ordering to ensure the correct fit. As with every order being made to order I don't currently offer any refunds, if however there are any issues with your order then please contact me first and we can talk through options to make sure the piece you recieve is perfect!

If you have had an issue with your order then please contact me FIRST to see if there is an outcome we can come to, this may involve returning your item to me which will be a prepaid service. Please only do this when you have had confirmation from me.

We now offer custom orders for our Tie Shoulder Dress, this means you can pick more than one print and we can design something together. If your idea is very extravagant then more charges may occur. Please only place an order once you have confirmation from myself

The lead time for all made to order items is 8-10 weeks unless stated otherwise, this is stated on the order you place and you must acknowledge this turnaround time at the time of placing your order. 

With all made to order items it is just myself producing these items, along side having a job and being a single parent I do try my hardest to get all orders out as soon as possible. All printed fabric is ordered in from across seas so this means that there may also be shipping delays.
